Christmas Greetings from Malawi

Dear Friend,

We want to wish you and yours all the best during this Christmas Season.

Whether you are missing family or enjoying family, healthy or ill, the coming of Jesus gives us the best reason in the world to celebrate. We hope you can celebrate with deep gratitude for all that our wonderful Savior has done for us.

Our year has been wonderful in many ways, from the welcoming of baby Elianna (who is growing up so fast!) to our return to Malawi. In spite of many challenges, we have much to be thankful for, and God has truly blessed us.

Praise Notes this month:
-We've received a wonderful Christmas present. Some missionary friends have loaned us their vehicle while they are visiting home until late January, and it has been so helpful to have a vehicle again!

-Our work permit for Malawi has been approved.

-We're making progress in language learning (slow, but steady).

-Rainy Season has finally begun (we had to wait a bit) so people are able to plant their fields in order to have the food they need.

Prayer Requests:
We are still looking for the right multi-purpose vehicle.
That God will help and bless our efforts to learn Chichewa.
Safety and good health.
Spiritual health.
A good witness.
Effective ministry.

Thank you so much to each of you who've contributed to our ministry, whether through prayer, or giving, or encouragement. You are so important to what we do, and we truly appreciate each of you.

May God draw you close and bless you with the knowledge of His love and His presence this Christmas and always.

With love,

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
